Need five pickers for Monday, or a forklift operator for nights? 7Sardar supplies temporary and temp-to-permanent warehouse workers to distribution centres and e-commerce warehouses across Montreal — including Saint-Laurent, Anjou, Lachine, Dorval and Pointe-Claire — plus Laval and Longueuil.
For forklift roles, tell us the equipment — counterbalance, reach truck, walkie or order picker — and we verify certification before the first shift. For loading, sorting and clean-up roles, see general labour staffing in Montreal. Losing new hires in the first weeks? Read our guide to warehouse turnover.
Our team will contact you with staffing options — usually the same business day.
Yes. Operators we place hold current certification and we verify the card before the first shift, not after it. Tell us the equipment — counterbalance, reach truck, walkie or order picker — because a card alone does not mean someone has run your machine, and we screen for the specific unit.
For pickers, packers and general warehouse associates we can usually have screened people on site within 24 to 48 hours. Forklift and reach-truck roles take a little longer because we verify certification and equipment experience first.
Yes. Evening, overnight and weekend coverage is normal warehouse work for us. When we screen, we ask specifically about the shift and how the person gets there — a candidate who cannot reach Lachine or Anjou at 5am is not a fit for that shift no matter how good the resume is.
Many do, and we ask about language on every intake. Tell us whether the floor runs in French, English or both and whether the role needs reading French documentation, and we screen against that requirement rather than guessing.
Tell us the same day and we replace them, and there is no charge for the hours of a worker you send home in the first shift for a fit or conduct issue. We would rather absorb that than have you stop calling.
Yes. Many of our warehouse placements start as temporary and convert. Working the role first is the most honest interview either side gets, and we set the conversion terms out in writing before the assignment starts so there is no surprise later.
Tell us the role and the shift — we'll get reliable, work-ready people to you fast.
